Bite-Size Yoga

I developed "Bite-Size Yoga", while struggling with corporate burnout as a software developer and e-learning designer in Seattle. My unhealthy stress-coping methods were taking a toll on me and I wanted to find a more sustainable way to be efficient and operate.

I started incorporating "bite-size" yoga and meditation practices into my commute and workday. After, I trained and certified as a yoga instructor in order to share these simple effective technique with every day people who may know that yoga could help but don't know where to begin.
